Dear sir,
I have already sent my complaint regarding arasu Hyndai motors Trichy dealer Tamilnadu . I have booked. grand i10 on 28.6.17 4pm.I have booked by exchange with my maruti alto car.but due to some personal problem and loan problem I have given cancelation letter to arasu Hyndai on 3.7.17. But sales head and manager told my car already sold on 1.7.17. I have not given full amount . I have paid only 11000 as booking charge.how they will sold my car without deliver new car to me. Now I have cancelled my booking order. They are telling car already sold.and told me to wait for 10 days.last one week there is no proper reply from showroom Trichy.They quote in document as my car exchange value 215000. Already I have paid 11000 for booking. So I need cash refund for 215000+11000 =226000. Kindly enquire quickly to refund amount for my car sold or return my car to me as early as possible. Arasu Hyndai persons simply keep silent and not responding regarding my car or refund money for car sold with booking amount
