EUREKA FORBES - New Aquaguard Total DUO Unit Delivered is Defective And Is not being replaced

Hi,

I have bought a new Auquaguard Total Duo in Hyderabad on 28th Feb 2012. The unit that was delivered to me was defective.
The technician named Praveen from Sai Ranga Theatre Service branch, Miyapur came to fit the unit but because of the defect could not fit it and at that point of time we also get to know that it is a defective unit. The water is not coming to the storage tank.He promised to replace the units next day once the office is open. Relying on him we didn't make a call to the customer care and waited for almost a month to get it replaced but of no use.
Then I raised a complain with the Eureka Forbes helpline on 5th of April, Complain No-********. But inspite of calling the help line repeatedly , till date the unit is not being replaced. I was asked to call Mr.RatnaRaju, the manager of the Service center but even he is not picking up the calls.
I have spend around 16K for the unit and is not being able to use it. None from the customer care or from any place I am getting any resolution. I feel like cheated and seeing no other way I am here for help to get my issue resolved.
