dated: 19/11/2018, Job Card No.24000 & 24684 (29/11/2018),I have given my Suzuki access 2 wheeler 125cc for service with the main problem of 2 wheeler getting off automatically after riding the 2 kms, then, i have to start the 2 wheeler by kick start only, not by self start. But few days back only i have fixed the Amaron New battery which i have informed to service center supervisory.
service center supervisor has taken request to resolve the issue in 2 days time and he charged around Rs.2000 for consumables & engine oil change and he assured me that 2 wheeler getting off automatically got resolved.
after 4 days of delivery of 2 wheeler, again the same problem got repeated, i went to service center supervisor for recheck the same problem again, he told me corborate cleaning is required ( he has not checked everything at the first time itself) and left the vehicle for another 3 days in service center. totally 5 days for rectifying the problem.
after 1 day i called the supervisor over the phone, he said vehicle problem got rectified please receive the vehicle, but after reaching the service center, supervisor said vehicle not ready, i will give you tomorrow, i went back to home and next day supervisor told me over the phone to collect the vehicle around 4 PM in the evening, but i went to service center at 4:20 PM, but i collect the vehicle around 5:35 PM evening, almost 1 hour 15 min, i was waiting at the service center only.
Again after 4 days of using the 2 wheeler,same problem persisted. So, Finally apple suzuki 2 wheeler service center, near devegowda petrol bunk personnel have done nothing.
Hence, I am expecting the refund of amount paid for service done at the apple auto (Suzuki) agency pvt ltd 2 wheeler showroom service near devegowda petrol bunk.
