Tata Sky - Annoying customer service of tatasky

I used my debit card for recharging my tatasky ( cust. id1034560464) on 22/11/2010. However debit card merchant deduced an amount four times of bill from my bank account.After complaining to bank authority my case was resolved. However after that unrequested, unwanted reversal of payment was done twice first on May 5 and second on 27 July. Both the times my tatasky account went into negative and services discontinued.
The money was never credited to my bank account.
I am wondering how can tatasky allowed reversal of payment for the service I already used.The most outrageous fact is how can they allow payment of Rs 3600 to merchant for a one time online payment of Rs 1800(intotatsky account).
Adding to the nuissance they are not accepting my complain and have deactivated my services.
