IFB Industries - AMC not respected and service calls closed without addressing

Have an IFB Elite washing machine and had an electrical wiring problem since last year. The service personnel (Prabhu (********20)) who came for the issue asked us to go for an AMC and they will work on this. We got the AMC for us for 2 years on 25/10/2013. The service personnel said with AMC every 3 months a service personnel will automatically come to our house. But no one came for service. We raised the complaint 11229011 on 19-Feb. They closed the request without doing anything. Now we had to raise another complaint 11261249 and no response yet. I feel the AMC is a full waste of money and been cheated.
