Dear Team ,
I had purchased Iphone 7 (black ) 128 GB from Amazone India from mobile app . I paid amount 26960 via net banking . Now Amazone is denying to give me the product as it was an error from their end to write the amount and also they deleted the order history from my amazone account . Luckily i have screen shots of payment and all the details . Also customer care has conformed on the call that it was their mistake .
My solution is - I just need the same product with same functionalities at same cost.

i have purchased a couple plan worth INR 32000/- for my parents from alpfly.com ,now when i am trying to book the required tickets i have been emailed that no innventory availaible, feeling so very cheated by the website
