Dear Sir,
i manoj Kumar purchaged one echo dot from you on 12 Nov 2017 with Order# 407-9605781-338355. from the beginning my Echo Dot is not working properly and i made many complaint regarding my Echo Dot... many time i send you mails but till today your device is not working properly.today i called your executive but no positive responce was given by your executive..i made my complaint from the beginning of purchageing this device... now i dont want this device as its not working properly.... i also made a complaint in consumer fourm helpline my complaint no is 576075.. kindly refund my money back as this device is not working properly .
