I was having a balance of 144rs and without doing anything your network took 30rs and now I'm having 114rs and this has happened many times to me and the workers at customer care centre is not responding properly. I haven't seen a network like docomo totally fraud network.

Complainant's Goal: u need to return back my 30rs which u took it unwantedly.that too immediately.
