I am writing this with extreme dissatisfaction and agony suffering due to the daily harrassment by eastern railways.

I am a daily passenger of local trains from Barrakpore to Bidhannagar Rd. station. Since last few years I have never seen a single train running on time during anytime of 24 hrs, be it early morning or late light.

Let me share with an example. The down santipur - sealdah local arrives at 5:10am in morning at barrakpore though its right time is 4:54 am. There is no reason for delay during that time. But the officials/driver in every stoppage wait for long due to innumerable vegetable vendors unloading their stocks. This has become a regular practice from the early morning of the day.

Not sure if my voice will reach out to the concerned person, or get any reponse. Hope to get some attention here and expect a faster resolution.
