Airtel Digital TV - AIRTEL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...!!!

I have never wrote any complain about any company ever, This is my first one. Airtel DTH is the worst service I have ever experienced. Earlier when I bought 2 yrs back, their service was not excellent, but it was ok but day by day its getting worst. Few months back we had to move from Mumbai to Hyderabad, I called up customer service 1 week in advance and asked them to fix a date a week later to remove my connection. they told me to call up 2 days before I want to remove my connection, I did that I called up 2 days before and took an appointment. On the day they promised to be at my place at morning 10.00 a.m.I waited till 2.00 pm, no one showed up. I called the customer service and asked them about it they told they would be there before 7.00 pm. I again waited, still no one turned up, I again called them, this time they told they will come next day morning, I confirmed with them very clearly as next day out truck was supposed to leave, they promised to be there in the morning. Not to my surprise, NO ONE TURNED UP even that day, finally I asked the workers to remove it them self. That is part one, next when I reached Hyderabad I called them up again to Install DTH, and this time service was even more bad, after complaining for days they showed up. Then when I wanted to change my set top box to HD they asked me to recharge and call they will send some one immediately. I did that but I HAD TO CALL THEM UP 100 TIMES EVEN AFTER PAYING MONEY. I called up their local guy, he gave his managers number and I don't know who all, Its a big pain to have anything that is of "airtel" at your house. My local cable guy charges Rs 100, monthly for cable and I PAY A WHOOPING Rs 550 monthly to airtel for nothing atoll. Even after paying monthly bills they keep blinking message on my TV screen "Low balance, please recharge" my dad and I have tried calling up them so many times, but no one responses. We even sent them mails regarding the same, but its of no use. I'm having trouble from past 3-4 months my Airtel DTH gets restarted automatically at least once in an hour. I have called them soo many times regarding the same still the issue is not resolved. They sent a guy once or twice, he goes to the terrace checks and gives some reason and tell he'll come back, but they never turn up again. I have never had such problem with any company. FOR Mr. BHARTI MITTAL WE ARE THE ONCE WHO ARE PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICES, HAVE SOME CONCERN REGARDING YOUR CUSTOMER. I work for a company named Amazon they thrive bad to keep their customers happy, they make sure what ever goes wrong the customer is never unhappy even if they face losses. BECAUSE ONLY A LOYAL CUSTOMER WILL GIVE YOU BUSINESS and I am sure airtel doesn't even have 1 loyal customer. WE DON'T PAY FOR NOTHING, where you treat us like this... I'm paying 5 times more to you all.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER... I won't be surprised If in future you will pay the customers to stay with you guys. LEARN TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY, YOU ARE NOT THE ONE PAYING THEM.. THEY ARE PAYING YOU.
