I am on international roaming. Airtel calls me with different numbers - ********33, 4106698000, ********17, ********48, ********29, etc. including from Spice and Aircell numbers at random hours - 12:00pm, 1:00am, 2:00am...sometimes they have made 20 calls back to back in 30 minutes with the same number. If I pick up the call, I lose Rs. 105/- in 1 sec. Airtel is getting onto the nerves now.
I received a call from this phone ********33 at 1:33 PM....Didnt answer since it showed as spam on my True Caller. But this is ridiculous for Airtel or lets say an Airtel Partner calling at lunch hour. Shows how much respect they have for customers.
This is intentionally being done by Airtel paid agents
Especially the number ********33.
I have also received call from this number ********33. I am sure Airtel would have received this compliant from many subscribers and they should advise in this public forum what this is number is all about and who it belongs to and whether the subscribers should answer this number. Simply asking one subscriber for his mobile number (that too when he is on international travel schedules and expecting to reply within 2 days and saying matter resolved because no reply from the subscriber shows the worst kind of attitude.
have received a call from ********33 and asking for aadhar number. Airtel need to look into this issue.
