Dear sir,
In the month of december 2013, i had requested to disconnect the fixed land line no: 0********55
It was disconnected.But I have received the bill for this month in negative value. I called the customer care.
They said that, at the time of getting the connection airtel has collected 1000/- as advance.
Now, nearly 200/- will be deducted as usage charges & the balance amount will be given back to customer in the form of cheque which will be couriered to the customer residential address.

But 1 month passed, still I have not received any cheque.
please tell me the date, when can i get the cheque?
