Airtel Digital TV - Airtel DTH New Connection

On 27th May 2014, I made online payment to airtel digital tv for new DTH connection (Rs 1390, Transaction ID: 162049). Unfortunately transaction got failed but amount got deducted from my account. Customer Care is unable to help me because they want customer id which did not generate due to failed transaction. Please help in getting my amount refunded. I have only transaction ID which I got from my bank.​
