I have make the payment for new Airtel DTH Connection on 27.03.2011 at 9 a.m in the morning throughSBI Credit Card. My transaction No. is 14234028. I made the payment of Rs. 1590/- for north economy sport pack. I booked this transaction over phone by calling the customer care.At the time of booking the business the customer care executive Mr. Sheikh assured me that DTH will be installed on or before 29.03.2011. Infact I became ready to take the connection on the committment the dth will install on 29.03.2011. But till today i.e 01.04.2011 I have no clue regarding my dth installation. In the mean time I called the customer care so many times and spend hours on phone, everytime they told me that we forward your request to the installation deptt. and they will call shortly but I didnot recd any call. Also the person who booked the connection, I talked to him but this time his way of talking is totally different. I am a banker and living alone, so I took the leave on 30.03.2011 as nobody is there and flat is locked, but i was waiting whole day and nothing happen.

Now they are neither returning my money nor installing the DTH Connection.
