Hi,
I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV (Customer ID: 3003013672) I just got multiple calls from your call center and the people calling have started behaving very very badly. They have used obscene words and bad language time and again. They started scolding me, my family. After I hung up they called me again and again and did the same repeatedly. I got calls on my registered mobile at 11.32 and then 11.36 and again and again from 1147442100 and 1147893600. First time it was a lady and then it was a man. I am taking this case to public forum and before doing that I wanted you to investigate into this case and take strict action against these people. Due to this kind of NONSENSE people.

मैं एयरटेल dth का उपभोक्ता हूँ मेरा id संख्या
3016041392-001 है। 5जुलाई2018 को मेरे मोबाइल नंबर********09 पर मैसेज आपके द्वारा भेजा गया कि
आपके एयरटेल digital TV id 3016041392-001 का मासिक पैक किराया 3 जुलाई 2018 से रू 315 कर दिया गया है। जब मैंने 17 जुलाई 2018 को रु 510/-का रिचार्ज तथा 20 अगस्त 2018 को रु 410/- का रिचार्ज कराया तो पता चला कि कंपनी द्वारा मासिक पैक किराया रु420/- चार्ज किया जा रहा है जो कि एक प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी है।
कृपया बताएं ऐसा क्यों किया गया।
