Airtel Delhi - Airtel Delhi Mobile Port Issue

I want to port my mobile number ********36 and when I send in an SMS PORT ********36 , I get a constant reply from 1901 stating "You have entered an incorrect code. SMS PORT to 1900 " , even though I have entered them correctly over several 10 times. I tried contacting help and they just cut the phone by stating that they have no help on this.
I would appreciate if this issue is resolved ASAP.
