Broadband connection - Airtel Broadband new connection problem

I was applied airtel new connection (Broadband fixed line) on 03.09.2013. My Invoice Number: TNPA 338672. I was paid amount in Rs. 1199 on 03.09.2013. But till now i did not get Connection. i have complaint twice in 198 Number. My Complaint Number: 38529972.

12.09.2013 two people are spoken about my complaint but they did not given any soulation but my complaint was colsed.

Last three days i called Customer care but no responce .

I called many time document collector and response person. But no response.
