2 months back I applied for 8 mbps connection in BTM 1st stage. Manjunath (********28) came to my home and I paid Rs. 500 to him. My enrollment form number is TBLR 6763544. After one week, when I called back to Manjunath, he said 8 mbps is not available in my area. I asked him to return my money. He said it will come by 7 days. Now it is more than 50 days and I have not received my money. I have called Manjunath for more than 10 times and every time he is telling that he will call me back within 5 minutes.

Now Manjunath is talking rudely and even not picking up my call.
