Airtel suddenly changed my bill plan in April, without my knowledge and without my consent; I came to know of this only when the next bill was generated in May. I have been following this issue since and then without any resolution, moreover since then 3 more bills got generated with the incorrect plan and now they have stopped my service instead of resolving it.
Since I raised the issue after the first bill itself, I am asking for a recall in late fee plus the correction in the bills generated with wrong plan.
According to my calculations the difference comes to 350 (extra charge due to wrong bill plan). I have been asking them to waive off 400 late fee + this 350, and i will make the remaining payment right away.
Instead of resolving the issues, Airtel guys (or whoever) have started calling me, warning me of bad consequences if I don't pay the bill.
