Hyderabad Traffic Police - Air pollution from Auto-rickshaw and use of false/no meters in Auto-rickshaw.

Dear Hyderabad Traffic Police,
I travel approximately 40 kms per day in the city by bike and every day I find atleast 5 Auto-rickshaws that emit smoke which almost makes the air look like a fog. I have seen traffic police asking for pollution certificate for two wheelers and four wheelers. Do we have anything like that for Auto-rickshaws ? If yes, could you please make it a strict rule ? If no, could you please ensure to bring it on?
We still find few Auto-rickshaws that do not have meters and Auto-rickshaws that have false meters. Requesting you to conduct a raid and catch the culprits.

Pls make them remove the Flower-Garlands Vendors (while going from SR Nagar to Kukatpally) in Erragadda area, there is lot of Traffic Jam getting there. please this is the sincere request from all the public thanking you
