Aircel Delhi - Aicel disconnecting my number giving a false reason of negative verification

My number ********10 was disconneted, reason given was negative verification , i made complaint through website, i got revrification call and number got activated, after 12 days again my number was deactivated reason was same, Again I made a complaint and number was activated.
But as usual number was deacctivaed after few days, So many times i confirmed my address and every one from aircel said your address is matching in database.

I also recieved a mail from aircel dated 19 may saying yoiur number is activated.
The company is troubling me a lot giving same wrong reason again and again.
any sugesstion how to take this company to court are most welcome, I have collected sufficient proof against the troubling services of this company.
