I have a complaint against my aircel no. ********36. On sunday 21st july i was also recharge with 31 rs. after that my 489rs. scheme will be deactivated.In this number I was activated a scheme of rs. 498 but it is not effected in my calling rates balance will be deducted after every call. I have make a complaint on 22nd july 2013. The customer care executive said me that in 24 hrs. your scheme will be reactivated. but today is 28th july there no response against the complaint. I think some executive has no knowledge about the complaint. I am not satisfied your services and not satisfied your customer care service its not a way... if your customer (me) want to deactivate my scheme so whats the problem? my amount is totally waste which spends on my Rs. 498 recharge i want to quick revert from your side . i m not able to wait a day also....
if this problem not short out till tonight... then you extend my wasting days on your revert waiting.
