on 11/04/10 I travelled by South Bihar Express Train no. 3288 from Patna Jn to Tatanagar by 2 AC, PNR No. ********65, seat no. 13, 14, 15. In spite of repeated persuation through out the journey we kept complaining about it but there was no action taken. All the passengers were compainting but it was of no use. When we asked for compliant book they started apologising for the inconvenience caused. Finally they gave us Log Sheet for AC Couch for AC1 in which we logged our complaient which has been signed by other passengers too. We even asked for refund but the TT was not to be seen. He came once initially and then he disappeared. Attended was least bothered about all this and person by Arjun Singh was there who was trying to apologise and then instead of giving us compliant book gave us Log Sheet for AC Coach. I expect possotive response.
