I had a complaint against pnb reatail assest branch Dehradun.i amwworking in a law awending agencie as a regular police then due to police job there are so hactic schedule in my job.i m a accont holder of pnb branch from last 6 years even my salary account also operating by pnb bank from above year.i am reciving 30000 above salary per month.last month i was applied for a personal loan some of 2lakh rupees in the branch of pnb dehradun then they shift my application form to the retail assest branch for verification and other processing after reciving they dont call me then i contact reatail assist branch then they give me a form about the documentation passing whole month i complete all the documents details and all are information to the representative of the bank mr.himanshu then he verify alk the things tally all the documents and commit to me about the loan.after total verification my application with alk document are summited to retail assest branch by mr.himanshu.after summited my application they dont give me any information about my loan.when they didnt inform me so i go to the bank then mr.gulati whos is operating the personal and vechile loan.when i meet to mr gulati so he demand me10000rupees to me for loan in the name of processing fees but i confirm the other people so they suggest me there is no any processing fees for personal loan of above amount.when i dont give a money so he rejected my personal loan without any particular reason and waste my time and also tarhet my dignity even he is know my hactic duty .
So please take necessary action in my complain for consumers protection.
