I am using IDEA cellular services for the last 4 months ..I have a prepaid account and last month I went to Jaipur and inspite paying the amount Rs.49/- my balance of Rs 67 was deducted in excess ..(roaming as per the moblile service provider representative was a one time fee for one year)all these matters had happend between 25th february till 28th february 2011.. secondly I had refilled my balance for an amount of Rs.222 (full talk time as per the salesperson of idea) and also refilled a seperate amount of Rs.28 for email browsing..this was done on 7th march 2011 with the same vendor evening around 9.45 p.m.at that time my balance was Rs.242.67.. today is 10th march 2011...inspite on making calls @ 1 paise per second from the date of my refill..I haven't surparssed an average of Rs.12 per day..how come my balance has disappeared so fast? Rs.76 in 3 days is out of question and I haved not downloaded anything on internet except browsing!!!!I need a full refund of all these days and also a detailed explanation of your method of deducting internet charges...I am a retired person and always available at home...I also changed all my family members to switch to IDEA for the reputaion and regard i had for Birlas and their transparancy in their different business..and I am positive I will get the justified result and my refund...
