Indian Railways - 90% time Telephone error in New Jalpaiguri & Siliguri Junction Railway Station

There are three Land Line Numbers in New Jalpaiguri Station : (0353) 2691800, 2691555, 2691808 and One Landline Number in Siliguri Junction Station (0353) 2510017. 90% time it has connection error. It seems they pull out the wire of telephone as it will neither ring nor show busy. Due to this many times we cannot know the train availability. Nowadays many trains does not run at right time. Sometimes we have to sit for 3 hours as we cannot know the time.
Moreover there is no telephone connection in Siliguri Town Station. Please do something about this.

always phones are error in njp station & slg junction station..due to this tym we cnt knw abt the train timing & availiability..plz do smthng abt this..
