I have purchased I phone model 5 s in August 2016 and in December the display has gone bad and touch screen was not working properly. I approached the service centre at Edappilly for repair as the free service guaranteed within one year of purchase. But they demanded Rs 14000/- for replacing some components as they say it was customers fault by which instrument is damaged. Lastly I had to get it repaired from outside agencies by paying Rs 10000/- on better bargain. THis attitude of company is well against the customer rights.

Hi Team,

I have given my Laptop to a service center "Anything Mac Ltd" Gurgaon. Without even looking at the problem, service center guy said, Macbook air has only one problem that in Logic Board and its cost will be around 41K + 2500 service charge. Next day, I got a call from service center and he informed me that Logic board has short circuit.
Very strange, when I went there to collect my lappy that I said I wont want to get my laptop repaired. There is one more interesting statement. He said leave your laptop for two three days, let me see if we can resolve.
Now, I am confuse whether your service centers are Genuine or just making money by fraud.
I dont have any idea, should I visit any other service center or just thrown my Laptop forever because spending 45K in a Laptop repair cost seems foolish to me.

I need appropriate solution at the earliest...Else I will go and diagnose the problem with non apple store and if the issue was not with logic board than I will go to court... You can not cheat customers like this.
