Hi Airtel,

I have a complaint to raise against your customer service. I am Arun Panicker. I bought a Airtel 4G LTE dongle, on friday 23 rd Aug 2013, from 'The Mobile Store', Thippasandra, Bangalore.
Nobody has come to verify the same, till today 27th Aug 2013. [5th day on]. I have been asking and requesting the dealer, if someone will verify so that I can start using the 4 G services. They say, airtel personnel will come today. But no one comes.
I am waiting for the past few days so that the DONGLE (4G) is verified. I tried lot of Help numbers, but of no use. Calling any airtel helpline never seems to help me.
